Can I use my mobile phone or tablet to access courses?

Yes. The platform is fully mobile-responsive. You can log in via the web browser on your phone or tablet (e.g., Chrome, Safari) and access your training anywhere.

Will my progress be saved if I log off or switch devices?

Absolutely. Your progress is saved automatically to our secure server. You can start a course on your laptop and finish it on your phone exactly where you left off.

What happens if I fail a quiz or assessment?

Don't worry, most courses allow for multiple attempts. You can review the material and retake the assessment until you achieve the passing grade required to complete the module.

Can I download course materials for offline study?

Generally, no. Our interactive courses are designed to be completed online to ensure your progress and assessment scores are tracked accurately.

Can I receive notifications about course deadlines?

Yes. You can manage your notification preferences (email or pop-up) in your User Profile under Preferences > Notification settings.

How do I enrol learners into my course?

You can enrol users via your Company Dashboard. Individual: Go to the "Users" tab and assign a license/course to a specific person. Bulk: You can upload a CSV file of users. The system will create their accounts and enrol them in the specified courses automatically.

Can I track learner progress and completion?

Yes. Your Manager Dashboard provides real-time reporting. You can view high-level completion stats for your team or drill down into individual "User Reports" to see exactly when a learner accessed a course and their quiz scores.

Can I reuse a course for different learner groups?

Yes. In this multi-tenant system, a single course can be assigned to multiple Companies or Departments. Each group’s progress, reports, and data remain completely separate and private.

How do I add these deadlines to my personal calendar?

You can subscribe to your course calendar. Go to the Calendar block in the dashboard, click "Export Calendar," and use the provided URL to add your course dates to Outlook, Google Calendar, or your mobile device.
